Webserver 3 (Linux) has suffered a catstrophic failure (motherboard)
We are migrating the back-ups to a stand-by server and hope to have it online asap.

The standby server is having some issues with load at the moment.
We will be adding additional resources to it as soon as possible. |

| The RAM has arrived, there will be a brief outage while it is installed, and then normal service should resume before 2pm. |

Server back at 100% now we've installed an additional GB of ram.
Apologies for this interuption, we are planning a new shared hosting platform to ensure we can offer maximum reliability. |

We have this message:
Used 0 MB of -1 MB limit (since Feb 5, 2003)
can't be true because our limit is 500Mb and we have used about 85 MB ... and we can update it ...
What to do ?

As you see ... sometime ago ... we can't accept this ...
You only can think how much this meen to us ... our clients are not happy and we can't plaim our hosting company ... they tell us to change it ...
we have just send about 3000 emails to our clients and special offer ... they are not happy when they can't do any shoping ...
As you see the answer was sent Feb 5, 2003 1:27:37 PM and now is Thu Feb 06, 2003 1:37 am so my opinion is that it takes too long time to solve this kind of simple problem ...

We have shutdown the site as long as we get any answer or help ...

Not being able to replicate the issue makes fixing it more difficult, can you reactive, then email support with the details, even if access is only for us for now? |
