We assign a tracking number to all phone and email support requests

This data also allows us to track critical performance metrics
that determine our service levels and future hiring and training
requirements. It also allows you to track your issues progress
through your control panel. In turn, you also have a trouble ticket
system for you to support your customers issues. This is a component

available to you through your control panels also.
