Hosting 365, the largest independent hosting provider in Ireland, announces that it has been appointed the sole web hosting provider for the USIT group of companies and websites.

This follows a review of USIT's internet suppliers and is intended to provide a centralised and robust web hosting solution for the revitalised travel company.

Keith Raymond, Web Development Manager, USIT, says the move to Hosting 365 is part of a strategic web consolidation plan. "We currently have 12 different sites featuring the group's activities. These had been created individually as the business itself had developed and therefore there was a broad range of hosting and support services. By moving all sites to Hosting 365's services not only do we now have a single point of service, reference and support, we have also invested in top of the range server technology and hosting facilities.

"Hosting 365's managed service caters for our critical on-line transactions, and ensures we have 24 hour access to detailed information on flights and all the travel services and customer support, essential to our independent travellers. We have been 'live' for more than a month and have not had to call the support desk once!"
